I am Lauren Ziegler, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania with over 10 years of experience providing exceptional care in private practice, community mental health, and inpatient/outpatient settings. I offer a safe and compassionate environment to meet the needs of culturally diverse adults and adolescents dealing with depression, anxiety, codependency, anger management, self-esteem issues, trauma, divorce, and other relationship challenges. My education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and Master’s degrees in Social Work and Business Administration.
My therapeutic orientation primarily involves cognitive behavioral therapy while incorporating other effective approaches such as strength-based, SFBT, person-centered, and attachment-based techniques, as well as motivational interviewing. I believe in using evidence-based treatment modalities that foster sustainable change for my clients.
My collaborative nature shines through in my practice. I am passionate about working alongside motivated individuals and couples, helping them realize and achieve their goals.
