There is no "one size fits all" form of therapy. I tailor my interventions to fit the needs and circumstances of the people with whom I work with. I believe each one of us has the capacity and resilience to live a full, meaningful life.
I work with all age groups, with an expertise in working with clients who have experienced trauma and struggle to develop healthy and fulfilling interpersonal relationships. As a therapist I strive to create a place where unbearable feelings can be expressed, shared, and understood, while creating new possibilities for deeper meaning in our lives.
