In our work together, your well-being is my top priority. I utilize emotion regulation strategies and psychodynamic processing to address the root causes of emotion dysregulation, including treatment of past trauma and addressing attachment anxiety. My practice is neurodiverse-affirming, and I am happy to talk with you about psychological assessment for diagnosis and individualized recommendations to support your neurotype and overall psychological and emotional functioning.
As a licensed clinical psychologist, I have had years of clinical experience focused on how to help you feel more whole and more emotionally regulated. My practice is informed by doctoral-level training and experience in attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and social justice.
