In need of a safe space to just “be?” Come on in. We all have times in our lives in which we feel lost, anxious, depressed, angry, scared, grief stricken, etc. Many of us go through traumatic experiences and loss in our lifetime. I believe therapy is for everybody at some point in their life for these reasons. Feeling supported by a therapist who will walk alongside you on your journey of healing in a judgment free environment can be invaluable.
I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and am trained in EMDR. I see children ages 4 and up, teens and adults (mostly women). I conduct individual/family sessions. My passions are helping parents enhance their relationship with their children and helping my clients heal after trauma.
I know it can be difficult to reach out for help. I also know it can be difficult to feel “ready enough” to start your healing process. However, I encourage you to reach out and just take one step.
