Hello there, my name is Lauren Walstead. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based out of Orange County, CA. I work with teens and adults specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and stress management using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing to help my clients make progress with their reasons they have turned to therapy for support.
I believe connecting with others takes authenticity and genuineness. I meet with my clients offering these two characteristics to help my clients feel supported and understood.
