My mission here is to partner with you on your journey to achieve your mental wellness goals and help you rediscover that vital connection. I bring years of experience to this practice, having worked extensively with teens and young adults navigating a wide range of difficulties. Including anxiety and depression, suicidal thoughts, anger management, family conflict self-harm, and self-esteem.
I believe in partnering with you and empowering you to achieve your goals. I focus heavily on building upon the strengths and resources you already have, then adding in additional support. My goal is to help you leave each session feeling validated in your emotions and experiences, and empowered to make intentional changes to achieve your goals.
