I’m a trauma-informed licensed clinical social worker, specializing in adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and/or OCD. I also work with adults who are struggling with life transitions, health issues, and/or religious trauma, as well as professionals who are experiencing vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, and burnout.
I’m curious by nature, so I really enjoy learning about my clients’ interests, fears, hopes, and dreams, everything that makes them, them! I also love supporting my clients by encouraging, empowering, and educating them on how they can improve their lives, until they get to the point where they no longer need me, which is the ultimate goal of therapy.
