Being a human is tough, isn’t it? You might be feeling lost, hurt, frustrated, sad, or anxious. You may be experiencing a life transition, loss of a loved one, low self-esteem, or postpartum difficulties. Or, you might not be entirely sure what led you to seek therapy—you just know you want to feel better. Having the courage to turn toward your pain and start healing is a remarkable step in embracing the messiness of life and finding your peace within it.
My aim is to cultivate a caring, compassionate, and safe space to support you in uncovering your innate strengths and cultivating skills to cope with the challenges you face. I offer a client-centered, holistic approach to therapy informed by CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and Feminist-based modalities.
I have a particular passion for working with the perinatal and postpartum population, busy/overwhelmed women, and those experiencing grief. I would be honored to be your companion in this phase of your life’s path.
