I am enthusiastic about aiding people in their quest to deepen self-understanding, self-compassion, and personal growth. We can strengthen the ability to sit with difficult emotions, process trauma, and to heal patterns that no longer serve us. I believe that my clients are the experts on their own lives. We will approach your goals at a pace and in a way that feels right to you. As a therapist, my goal is to help you feel seen, heard, supported, and validated.
My approach is strengths based and deeply rooted in humanist, existential, feminist, multicultural, and social justice oriented theories. I believe in looking at a person holistically; taking into consideration all of their intersectional identities and examining how systemic inequalities have impact their lives.
