My approach to therapy is heavily based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but I do included techniques from TBRI (Trust Based Relational Intervention), Solution-focused, and Person-centered as well. In each session, I like to use my knowledge of each therapeutic technique to fit each client the best and work towards the goals they seek to complete.
