Welcome! I am so excited that you are here, welcome to your first step in seeking out support for your mental health! I know that this step may be scary, it's difficult to trust someone new. I am here to create a space where you are validated, encouraged and accepted. I am pre-licensed social worker who is under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Independent Social Worker.
I primarily work with women ages 12-50, and have experience in trauma, anxiety and depression, death, dying and grief, and other mental health difficulties. I tend to focus my interventions towards traditional talk therapy, walk and talk therapy, art and play therapy. Although my goal is to cater to what works best for you!
Let's work together to help you overcome challenges that life may throw at you. We will employ coping and mindfulness skills as well as others.
