You are exhausted of feeling and thinking the same way. You are someone who wants to change but doesn’t know where to start. You notice your relationships are being affected. You say "I'm fine" but feel the opposite. You find yourself saying you have a "complicated" relationship with your parent(s). You are a person of color and/or queer individual who feels frustrated, sad, or maybe even confused at the state of the world. I will help you “feel lighter”, break patterns, connect with your feelings, discover your values and how to live them out in your relationships, and make the changes necessary to embrace your authentic self.

We may be a good fit if you like for your therapist to show up genuinely! I deeply value laughter with clients while also "keeping it real". I often hear "ooo that's a good question" as I find moments to challenge people to think outside their typical patterns. I also enjoy hearing about all areas of your life (yes even the reality tv binging parts)!

I utilize a blend of approaches including IFS, Narrative, attachment, and decolonizing framework. If you enjoy non-traditional modalities, I also enjoy including tarot in sessions if requested!
