I'm EMDR certified, which allows me to help clients desensitize and reprocess distressing memories. I've worked in inpatient and residential settings which has taught me the importance of offering gentle challenges to address maladaptive coping skills demonstrated by clients. I'm not here to enable behaviors that are pulling you further from your goals.
While I can't take away the pain you are carrying, I am honored to help chip away at the emotional burdens on your shoulders. We often try to exile certain parts of ourselves, but no part of you deserves to live in the dark. Much of my work involves holding up a mirror to parts of life that are hardest to look at. There's no judgement here, just healing.
