Do you feel stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck? Sometimes we get trapped in the same patterns that give the same results and we become unmotivated. Having someone walk alongside us through these difficult times can be invaluable. My passion is to do just that. I specialize in helping people find clarity, balance, and solutions, while embracing individualism and even laughter/humor to promote healing. I help work through struggles such as life transitions, relational challenges, self-worth, trauma and PTSD, anxiety and depression. I aim for counseling to be a soft place to land no matter your background or current situation.
Therapeutic sessions are designed to fit each client uniquely, no matter where they are in their journey. I do so by incorporating a variety of therapeutic strategies to create an affirming space for all clients. I use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and a variety of trauma informed therapies.
Everyone deserves to have someone in their corner who will listen without judgement, help them take steps toward things they want out of life, and to celebrate accomplishments.
