We all experience times in our lives when life feels challenging and we need more support. It can be hard to acknowledge our own needs and be kind to ourselves. Therapy is a one of the ways we can take care of our emotional health and overall well being. I specialize in working with adult women through all phases of life and approach therapy with compassion and curiosity. I utilize a client-centered, psychodynamic, strengths-based and holistic approach. I believe that change is possible and that working with a therapist one feels connected to helps support this process.
I have over 25 years of experience working with women of all ages dealing with emotional and physical health issues, histories of trauma, grief and loss and life transitions. I have worked extensively around issues related to pregnancy loss and and am certified in treating Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders.
I view therapy as a collaborative process that can assist in supporting meaningful change and growth.
