I connect best with individuals who feel and think deeply but struggle to understand or communicate their emotional world to others. You may feel misunderstood, “too much,” or alone in your experiences. You might long for close relationships but find yourself caught in painful or repeating patterns.
Many of my clients have experienced attachment wounds, childhood trauma, Complex PTSD, or symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder. You may feel overwhelmed by intense emotions or fear abandonment and rejection. At your core, you want to feel secure, understood, and accepted — both by others and within yourself.
My approach is grounded in empathy, acceptance, and emotional attunement. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, DBT, person-centered therapy, and somatic approaches. In our work together, we will build emotional regulation skills while also exploring the deeper attachment wounds and protective parts that developed to help you survive.
My goal isn’t to fix you, but to help you understand yourself with more clarity and compassion. If you’re tired of feeling misunderstood, therapy is a place where all parts of you are welcome.
