All new clients: I currently only have availability for telehealth/online. Have you experienced symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, or are you overwhelmed? Are you unable to reduce the emotional charge of a traumatic event? You may experience inability to sleep or sleeping too much. This may impact you personally, professionally or both. Counseling can often shed light on what you're experiencing to help you develop coping skills, manage strong emotions, and even reduce the emotional charge of a traumatic event. Since everyone is unique, we will work collaboratively to create a plan designed just for you to meet your goals.

If you need a calm, accepting environment to process out what is creating negative symptoms, I utilize evidence-based approaches that match each client’s needs. I offer talk therapy, and more specialized approaches to treat trauma(s), such as Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR and Clinical Hypnotherapy. I am certified by EMDRIA and an Approved Consultant.

I am currently offering convenient telehealth sessions on HIPAA-compliant professional platforms at this time, as well as limited numbers/days of in-person sessions. In my Advanced EMDR Group, we go beyond focusing on the basics of EMDR and learn to utilize Attachment and/or Somatic techniques to make the Resourcing and Reprocessing phases of EMDR more powerful and create momentum for the client and clinician. I've created this small group for Certified consultees to share cases as we discuss how to incorporate Attachment and Somatic work within the framework of EMDR.
