As a relational therapist, I believe healing happens through connection. The experiences we carry from our past shape our present, often in ways we don’t intend. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their past, make sense of relationship patterns, and gain deeper self-understanding. I am passionate about working with queer people, those in ENM or polyamorous relationships, and couples. My approach is warm, direct, and engaged. I actively participate in the therapy process, helping clients recognize the dynamics that may be keeping them stuck.

I work with individuals, couples, and those in alternative relationship structures like polyand ENM. I have experience supporting people with complex trauma, anxiety, chronic illness, medical trauma, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I use a blend of narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness practices to support clients.

I believe that a strong, trusting relationship with a therapist can be a powerful tool for healing. It can offer a new way of relating to yourself and others, that builds self-trust, fosters confidence, and supports you in living more authentically and joyfully.
