Using art, empowerment, and advocacy, this group will provide a safe space for LGBTQIA2S+ people to process lived experiences. We will focus on life in the south, empowerment, systemic oppression, discrimination, challenges, support, safety, self-acceptance, identity, and advocacy. No previous artistic skills are required! $35 per weekly session
Body Acceptance Through Art
This group ?offers 17 different modules founded in the principles of principles of body-neutrality and Health at Every Size to explore & process the roots of weight stigma and body image. We will use artistic & peer support techniques to facilitate meaningful processing. $49 per weekly session.
Empowerment for People with Chronic Conditions
This small group workshop follows a 10 week cycle where you will get to know a consistent group of peers as you come together to process and support each other through phototherapy interventions & peer support. $49 per weekly session - discounts available when purchased as package.
