Therapist, dog mom, adventurer, and mediocre-but-enthusiastic uke player. I believe therapy works best when it feels human. Whether you're rebuilding trust, strengthening your relationship, or reconnecting with yourself, I'd love to support you.

I work with couples navigating communication challenges, disconnection, betrayal trauma, and relationship transitions. I also support individuals struggling with anxiety, relationship OCD, body image concerns, eating disorders, burnout, and life transitions. My goal is to help clients create deeper connection with themselves and the people they love.

Therapy doesn't have to feel clinical or intimidating. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative.
