I help couples identify and understand the patterns that keep them feeling disconnected and stuck. I work with couples navigating betrayal and infidelity, as well as those experiencing ongoing conflict, emotional distance, or communication struggles. My role is not to take sides, but to help both partners feel seen, understood, and supported!

By working with me, you'll learn to slow down difficult interactions, identify the underlying unmet emotional need, and build skills to navigate conflict more effectively. Over time, many couples find they feel more connected, better understood, and more confident in how they show up for each other. I look forward to working with you.
