I love working with clients from childhood through adulthood(women). I believe that children and adolescents are amazingly creative and resilient and I strive to foster these traits as we face their mental health struggles together. And because mothers also need support, encouragement and insightful care, I offer maternal mental health services as well. In addition, I'm so excited to announce that I am offering Creative Cognitive Therapy Method to older adolescents and adults! This method combines CBT and Art Therapy for an incredible experience!
I have worked clinically in the Denver area for 15 years with clients and their families through so many of the changes, difficulties and mental health struggles that life brings. I feel that each client is unique, and therefore needs to be approached that way in therapy. I frequently utilize art, play, sand tray, talk therapy, and more.
Reaching out and asking for help for yourself or your child is an incredibly scary and difficult thing. It takes courage and strength. You are strong. You can do this. I strive to provide a spirit of peace, comfort and strength for my clients; a place that feels safe and fun for kids, and rejuvenating for the adults.
