I am in this field because I not only want to provide a safe and nurturing environment for your child to process trauma, but I want to help you heal from childhood wounds that you may have carried into adulthood as well.
With a focus on supporting children aged 3 to 11, I specialize, attachment and behavioral issues, utilizing child-centered play therapy techniques. I also work with adolescents, teens, young adults, and families, using holistic and evidence-based approaches like Play Therapy, Theraplay, expressive arts, and integrative theories.
I am here as a facilitator of change and to play a supportive role helping you and your child strengthen the child-parent relationship. I firmly believe that through connection, we find healing.
