I work with couples, families, and individuals to identify and communicate emotional needs that have gone unmet or unacknowledged. In session, I will support you in experiencing new ways of communicating and meet you where you are at on your journey toward greater relational health.

I specialize in working from a relational perspective because I believe in the power that relationships have to heal and offer a collaborative, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotional experiences, identify relationship longings, and increase authenticity in your relationships.
