Do you tend to feel like your relationships aren’t as satisfying as you’d like them to be? Do you struggle with intellectualizing your feelings and find you just can't connect with the people and moments around you? I believe that transformative therapy begins with a collaborative and trusting therapeutic partnership, one that highlights the unique knowledge, strengths, and skills of each person entering the room. I've helped people to develop deeper and more meaningful connections with others and themselves by connecting to the fears and discomforts that drive disconnection.

I specialize in relationship distress, communication challenges, identity development, and consensual non-monogamy/polyamory. I am skilled in working with a wide range of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, grief, and trauma.

My integrated approach to psychotherapy is based upon person-centered, psychodynamic, IFS, and attachment-based perspectives.
