Whether you’re exploring gender or sexuality, healing from trauma, navigating relationships, or coping with anxiety, disordered eating, or the perinatal period, I offer a space where you don’t have to explain or defend who you are. My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental, grounded in deep respect for your lived experience. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy using gentle, narrative-based techniques and tools for nervous system regulation to support your healing and growth.

In therapy, we might explore your identity, values, or life story. We may focus on your relationship with your body, work on self care strategies, or unpack old patterns that no longer serve you. At times, we’ll pay attention to what’s happening in our therapeutic relationship: what’s familiar, what feels safe, and what emerges in the present moment.

I believe healing happens in connection, not isolation. I’ll show up with authenticity, curiosity, and care, ready to meet you where you are.
