You don't have to know exactly what's wrong to start therapy. Sometimes it's a pattern you keep hitting, a feeling you can't shake, or just the sense that something needs to change. I am a relational therapist working with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, & the perinatal period. I provide affirming care to members of the LGBTQ+ community. My approach is depth-oriented and collaborative. We won't just manage symptoms; we'll get curious about what's underneath them.

In our work, we might explore your life story and the patterns that have traveled with you. We'll get to know the different parts of you, including the ones that are hard to sit with. We'll notice what shows up between us, because the therapy relationship itself is often where the most meaningful shifts happen.

My trauma work is gentle and narrative-based. I integrate nervous system regulation and stabilizing skills so healing moves at a pace that feels sustainable. I'll show up as a genuine, curious partner in your process. I'm in-network with BCBS, with in-person sessions in Brentwood and virtual sessions statewide.
