I am a relational therapist who supports adolescents, adults, and couples through the ups and downs of their unique journeys. My goal is to collaborate with you to create a safe and constructive environment in order to achieve your goals. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, and the perinatal time period. I provide affirming care to members of the LGBTQ+ community. My approach to trauma treatment is gentle and narrative based, while incorporating stabilizing skills and nervous system regulation.

Each session is unique. We may explore your life story, your values, or the various parts of you. We may work strategically on a plan for how to take exquisite care of yourself. And sometimes, we may hone in on our relationship as therapist and client. What patterns are showing up that feel familiar? What else do we notice here and now?

Ultimately, I am here for therapy that is attuned to what works for you, whatever that may look like. In session, I will be an authentic, curious, and active participant. If you’re ready to do this brave and challenging work, I would be honored to do it together.
