About
February 2023: Waitlist for new clients - - - Welcome! I am a psychotherapist based in Portland, OR and can work with residents of Oregon and New York. With over a decade of experience, I strongly believe in the capacity for healing and strive to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore past experiences, tackle current stressors, and realize goals for your future. Utilizing a warm, collaborative approach, my goal is to help you move through feelings of worry, fear, sadness, anger, helplessness, and hopelessness in order to overcome obstacles, break old patterns, and live a fuller, happier life.
To support you on this journey, I integrate a variety of treatment approaches personalized to meet your needs. I specialize in working with young adults and adults in the areas of anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. I also have a particular interest and training in working with pregnancy loss.
I am an in-network provider with Moda, Regence, and PacificSource and can provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement for those with other plans. I am also an approved social work supervisor in Oregon for CSWAs and a personal session provider for Somatic Experiencing beginning and intermediate level students.
