Welcome! My practice specializes in supporting highly sensitive people, adults with anxiety, neurodivergent adults (ADHD, AuDHD, Autistic, and other self-identified), and older adults, including those who may be seeking therapy for the first time. I believe therapy works best when you feel respected, understood, and genuinely heard. I strive to create a supportive space where you can better understand yourself, explore what matters to you, learn to communicate your needs and set healthy boundaries, and make meaningful movement toward your goals.
My approach is strengths-based and integrative. I practice Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while incorporating additional evidence-informed approaches to meet your unique needs and goals.
