A majority of clients I work with struggle with anxiety, past trauma, depression, and relationship issues. Some goals that clients are usually exploring to achieve include gaining confidence, learning healthy coping skills, learning how to communicate with loved ones, and implementing boundaries. Our past can affect our future so exploring solutions to ongoing issues assists in the healing process. Clients may want/need to conquer obstacles that prohibit them from moving forward with their lives.
