Hello! My name is Lauren and I'm so glad you’re here. As a skilled mental health counselor with over 25 years of experience, I enjoy helping teens and adults of all ages manage life’s challenges. It can feel overwhelming managing the day to day of our lives whether it be relationships, parenting, school/work, loss, or change in general. We can be left with anxiety, worry, changing moods, and lack of self-esteem. As Mr. Rogers said, “When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting and less scary. My therapeutic style draws from a variety of theoretical approaches, as each person has different needs. I work to implement therapeutic interventions tailored to your unique strengths and needs. I utilize a mix of cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness training, emotional regulation skills, and solution-focused therapy to help you.
