I work with adults who live with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, addiction, and PTSD. I combine talk therapy with somatic modalities to help clients heal the brain and body and address issues at their root. I am certified in Brainspotting, a modality used to treat trauma and enhance performance. I treat both substance and process addictions and am an ASAT-Candidate (and future CSAT), offering specialized individual and group therapy for sex addicts.
I help clients understand their stories, process trauma, and develop tools to create tangible change. Together, we can make meaning of suffering, glean the "lessons learned" from life, make peace with the past, and create a better future.
