Whether it's drugs, alcohol, porn, other problematic sexual behavior, or something else, this thing has a hold of you and is ruining your life. The good news is addictions are treatable and all trauma is healable. (Spoiler: There's usually trauma underneath the addictive substance or behavior you're using to cope.) As a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and ASAT-Candidate (future CSAT), I have the specialized training and expertise to help you actually move forward in your recovery journey.
