I have specialized training in sensorimotor psychotherapy and I teach clients how to regulate their nervous system. When you're faced with overwhelming feelings such as anxiety, fear, or sadness regulating your nervous system can bring you back to a sense of safety. Over time you can have more control over the intensity of your emotions.
