When I was thinking of a name for my practice, I kept coming back to the image of a cat peacefully warming herself in the sun.
As a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional and veterinarian for 16+ years, I am uniquely qualified to assist Helpers with vicarious trauma, burnout, and moral distress. My specialties include boundary setting, career counseling, self-harm reduction, ADHD management, body acceptance, and suicide prevention. I am proud to provide LGBTQIA2S+ affirming care.
The counseling process is a journey, and on the road of life you are in charge of choosing the destination, mapping the route, and driving the bus.
