I use a combination of somatic and experiential methods, attachment-based EMDR, Internal Family Systems, breathwork, and mindfulness-based interventions to help you heal and integrate major life experiences, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, addiction, disconnection, loneliness, and relationship issues. I am a secular therapist, but work with all systems of belief.
