I work with adults and teens through a solution-focused and strength-based lens. My work focuses on anxiety, panic, depression, and life transitions. Transitions and change are inevitable as we navigate our lives, and they can sometimes cause significant inner turmoil or conflict, bringing up unresolved issues from our past. Transition work can include making difficult decisions, processing grief through anticipated or unanticipated changes or loss, and taking steps to find your new normal or pursue your own best life.
In our work together, I guide clients in self-discovery, helping them recognize patterns in their thoughts and behaviors. Together, we develop strategies to evaluate which patterns are constructive and how to adapt those that are not. My work emphasizes self-esteem and self-love.
