I work with adults, teens and children through a solution focused lens to help them on their life journey. I believe that across time we continually grow and change and that sometimes along the way it can help to have some guidance and support.
I work with challenges faced by individuals, couples and families in their daily lives as well as across time. Before starting my practice, I enjoyed work as a school counselor. Possible topics for therapy include grief & loss, coping strategies, executive functioning, social challenges, school difficulties, self discovery and mindfulness.
I believe in the ability of all of us to grow and learn with the many experiences of life. Together we can work on your self exploration and skill development during times when you may feel stuck or uncertain.
