I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, and loss. I approach counseling from a strength based perspective and incorporate various theories of counseling, including developmental, motivational, narrative, and cognitive behavioral. My focus and passion is helping young adults navigate the transitions they experience as they enter adulthood.
