Whether you're managing anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or simply looking to better understand yourself, my goal is to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
In addition to therapy, I provide comprehensive autism assessments using the ADOS-2, often in combination with interviews and clinical measures to ensure a well-rounded, accurate diagnosis. This is especially valuable for adults who may have gone undiagnosed due to being high-masking or misdiagnosed earlier in life.
