I work from a Rogerian style of counseling; that is, a person-centered approach, where there's not a ton of focus on things like homework or assessments. The focus is on you and the present moment. I specialize in depression, suicidality, and grief, to name a few, and with these topics, I believe one of the key things is to know you're not alone.
