I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and emerging adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, school pressures, family conflict, and relationship challenges. My work is based on an existential/humanistic approach, where I focus on helping individuals find meaning in their life and who they are.
