Hello! I work with adults navigating identity, relationships, sex, and major life transitions who want therapy that feels affirming, grounded, and effective. I’m a certified trauma therapist, and my work is rooted in helping clients feel safe, regulated, and empowered as they explore patterns shaped by past experiences. Many of the people I work with are carrying anxiety, relational stress, identity shifts, or long-standing overwhelm.
I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, people exploring sex and intimacy, nontraditional relationships (including polyamory/ENM & kink), and those moving through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, or other identity-changing seasons. Many clients are caregivers, high-achievers, or late bloomers asking, “What do I want?”
As a queer mom, I understand the complexity of holding multiple identities at once. My approach is collaborative, honest, and solution-focused, integrating trauma-informed care with CBT and relational work.
