Therapy provides a safe, neutral space where my clients can understand their thoughts and experiences without judgment. Lasting healing often begins with understanding the roots of emotional pain. I am committed to helping my clients develop that understanding, as well as change unhelpful thought patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and families. I've earned my Bachelors degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University and my Masters degree in Clinical Counseling from Liberty University.
I've worked with a wide range of clients, and am particularly passionate about helping
individuals navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, trauma, grief, and life's many challenges. When working with children, I view therapy as a collaborative family process. I partner closely with caregivers to provide interventions that are reinforced at home.
My goal is for every client to leave each session with greater self-awareness, a deeper
understanding of their strengths, and clear, actionable steps toward growth, healing, and lasting well-being.
