My practice focuses primarily on individuals and families. I help people who struggle with perfectionism, emotion regulation, & relationships. I believe the the quality of our relationships greatly impacts our mental health and capacity to manage stress. I work on addressing symptoms of: burn out, loneliness, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Primarily I use Somatic Experiencing (SE), Attachment theory, CBT, and DBT to help implement behavioral changes around the patterns you/families might be stuck in. I also help families looking to navigate levels of care and mental health systems.
