Most of my clinical expertise is in the field of trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have also worked extensively with individuals from diverse backgrounds who struggle with addiction and severe mental illness. Mindfulness is an essential part of my clinical work. I adhere to an eclectic approach when working with clients as they are all unique.
