I specialize in trauma-focused therapy using EMDR, Brainspotting, and DBT to treat PTSD, CPTSD, mood disorders, sexual trauma, also to the sex work industry, anxiety, and depression. I support clients navigating stigma, identity concerns, burnout, and the effects of complex trauma. I work with teens and young adults to process trauma, build coping skills, and feel more in control of their lives. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming, client-centered care in a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth.

I provide trauma therapy using EMDR, brainspotting, DBT, for PTSD, CPTSD, sexual trauma, anxiety, mood, suicidal ideation, and self-harm. I work with teens and adults, including those in the sex work industry. LGBTQ+ and nonbinary affirming. I offer a safe, zero judgement space for healing and growth. We begin at the place that feels right for you, not me.
