I like to utilize a holistic approach with the mind, body, and spirit in mind. I work to create a non-judgmental, relaxed and sometimes fun environment where we can work together to reach your goals. I pride myself on being flexible and adapting to clients needs and helping them to advocate for themselves.
While I primarily specialize in anxiety and depression, I have worked with individuals who fall throughout the mental health spectrum. From those with BPD, PTSD, abuse, transgender and other members of the LGBTQ community, ADHD, adjustment disorders and grief. I offer a non-traditional yet professional environment to heal and grow.
Everyone has their own story, and I believe no one has the right to judge how we survive or live what life as thrown at us. I also believe that everyone needs a safe place to explore themselves and I want to provide that.
