I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC-Master) providing therapy for 17 years. I have worked with individuals to treat anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, and traumas. I have also worked with families, including couples to better define communication for a healthy relationship.
