Hi, I'm Lauren! I have diverse experience supporting people with ADHD, anxiety, autism, depression, trauma/PTSD, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship issues, intimate partner violence, neurodivergence, cancer, and behavioral concerns. I utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based, person-centered approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Integrative Somatic Trauma Treatment, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and play-based techniques.
I strongly believe in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds can expect to feel supported and empowered, including the LGBTQ+ community.
