Are you in a transitional phase of life struggling with understanding your identity, anxiety, and self-acceptance? Maybe you find yourself wondering "What's wrong with me?" or "Where do I belong?" Whether it’s trying to figure out your sexual or gender identity, feeling unhappy with your sex life, or feeling sad but not knowing why—many people feel like they have to keep their struggles hidden. Maybe you’ve avoided therapy because it's too weird for you to discuss these feelings, or you fear being judged or misunderstood. It sucks to feel alone like that...but you don't have to.
As a queer woman, my focus is to offer a safe, trauma-informed space where you can explore the unspoken stuff at your own pace. I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, non-monogamous relationships, and addressing sexual wellness. I also work with clients who need support with anxiety, suicidal ideation, grief, and decision-making.
My comfy couch and I are here for you when you're ready. Once you're here you can grab some coffee, kick off your shoes, and play with as many fidget toys as you want. Then we can talk about the weird stuff, the fun stuff, and the hard stuff.
