Embodied Resilience: LGBTQ+ Dance/Movement Therapy

An 8-week Dance/Movement Therapy group for LGBTQIA+ adults seeking to reconnect with their bodies after trauma and embrace their authentic selves. Learn somatic tools for grounding and calming our nervous systems, practice being in our bodies in safe and enjoyable ways, rebel against social standards about how we “should” present ourselves, explore your authentic self-expression through dance, movement, and art, and co-create a nourishing and supportive queer community in an in-person, small group setting. Space limited 5-7 participants. Starts May 10th.
