About
You can’t believe your questioning your sexual orientation at this point in your life. Muscles tense and heart pounds as you clear your search history to hide it from your spouse. Fear and shame catch in your throat and freeze your breath. “Do I really have to be doing this NOW?! Don’t most people figure this out in their teens?! This can’t be happening." You’ve tried to ignore it but the pent-up energy and longing in your body only grow stronger with each passing day. You're distracted at work and distant in your relationships. It may be time to face the truth, but you have no F-ing idea how to proceed.
Don’t worry. I got you. Exploring your sexuality does not have to be a catastrophe. I am here to help you uncover and welcome the hidden parts of you in a compassionate and realistic way. Using a body-centered approach, we will discover what’s true for you. Then we'll figure out how to best integrate this into your life and relationships.
By cultivating a connection to your body and inner experience, you can develop the skills and personal insight you need to move through life with confidence and authenticity. Call me today to schedule a free 20-minute consultation.
