About
I believe in the power of helping clients change their thoughts in order to change their behaviors. Clients need ways to improve their lives and accomplish the things they want to do, and counseling/therapy achieves that. It is my goal as a clinician to allow clients to see and appreciate their progress instead of aiming for perfection.
Lauren utilizes a client-centered cognitive behavior approach with her clients as she feels that thoughts are the epicenter of behavior. Lauren specializes in trauma including grief with men, women, tweens, teens, and adolescents. Lauren has also dedicated a component of therapy to working with tween and teenage girls through counseling.
There is room for you here to pour into your whole self. I can help you. Start your progress with Packer Counseling LLC.
